About Us

Rockland Farms, located between Greenville and Easley, is a family owned and operated farm that has been in the Pepper family since 1947. The farm was originally owned by James Leonard Pepper, as a place for his beef and dairy cattle. His son, Floyd Pepper, took over in 1985.

Floyd and his significant other, Francie, shared a love for horses and together started what would become Rockland Farms. Floyd's son (James) and daughter-in-law (Sam) live on the farm, and are part of the Rockland Farms workforce. With the birth of their daughter Olivia, the farm has now cared for, and cultivated, four generations of the Pepper family.
